Cancellation week 1 of 2. Games rescheduled for 4/23/20

Due to COVID-19, all Lexington County Parks and Facilities will be closed until at least April 4th.  At that time, we plan to resume the season, hopefully.  Our thoughts and prayers are with everyone during this challenging time.

Hey Everplayers, 

As many of you have probably seen, there have been large increases in COVID cases recently.  As we reopen, we want to limit the spread and be good stewards to our community which we care about.

Although we would love to be back to the normal Everplay oasis, these aren’t normal times so we are asking our valued Everplay Family to please follow these safety guidelines at your games:

1. Please do not bring children and/or spectators to the fields.
2. Teams will be asked to setup outside the fences at all fields we play at.
3. Please do not use Everplay equipment before playing your games. We intend on sanitizing equipment before/after games and this will help us.
4. For games being held at Baseball/Softball fields, please do not use the dugouts. We understand that it’s summer in Columbia and it’s hot, but in some cases teams in upwards of 15 people in such small spaces basically makes it impossible to distance.
5. We ask that when you’re not in the field, or even if you are in the field, please consider wearing a mask. We will have these available, at no cost, to provide to players as well as a sanitation station.
6. Once your game has finished, please avoid postgame handshakes (perhaps distanced air high fives in the other team’s direction), grab your belongings, and leave the location of your game to help us keep less people at the field.

Play-In Game - Winner will face 1 Seed immediately thereafter.
